แอปพลิเคชัน บุญล็อก (BoonLog)
แอปพลิเคชัน BoonLog ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่จัดเก็บมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความโปร่งใสทางการเงินภายในองค์กรหรือกลุ่มของคุณ โดยยึดหลักความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานเป็นสำคัญ
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: อีเมล, ชื่อที่แสดง และตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ที่ได้จากระบบ Google Login หรือการสมัครสมาชิก
- ข้อมูลทางการเงิน: บันทึกรายรับ-รายจ่าย, วัตถุประสงค์, วันที่ และรูปภาพหลักฐาน (สลิป)
- ข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิค: เราใช้บริการ Firebase (Analytics และ Crashlytics) เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานและข้อผิดพลาดของแอปแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน
- ข้อมูลชีวมาตร (Biometrics): ประมวลผลภายในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น ไม่มีการส่งออกนอกอุปกรณ์
2. ระบบความปลอดภัยและการเข้ารหัสขั้นสูง
- การเข้ารหัสที่เครื่องผู้ใช้ (Client-Side Encryption): ข้อมูลสำคัญจะถูกเข้ารหัสด้วยระบบกุญแจความปลอดภัยจากเครื่องของคุณก่อนส่งขึ้นคลาวด์
- ความปกปิดต่อผู้พัฒนา: ผู้พัฒนาไม่สามารถเข้าถึงรายละเอียดทางการเงินส่วนบุคคลที่ถูกเข้ารหัสไว้ได้ (Zero-Knowledge)
3. การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล (Account Deletion)
ผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชัน BoonLog สามารถขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ทุกเมื่อตามขั้นตอนดังนี้:
- ขั้นตอนที่ 1 (ภายในแอป): ล็อกอินเข้าสู่แอป > ไปที่เมนู "ตั้งค่า" (Profile) > กดปุ่ม "ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนตัว" ระบบจะทำการลบข้อมูลโปรไฟล์และอีเมลของท่านออกจากฐานข้อมูลทันที
- ขั้นตอนที่ 2 (กรณีลบแอปไปแล้ว): หากท่านไม่ได้ติดตั้งแอปไว้ในเครื่อง สามารถแจ้งขอลบข้อมูลได้โดยส่งอีเมลมาที่ doxgie.dev@gmail.com โดยระบุหัวข้อว่า "ขอลบข้อมูลบัญชี BoonLog" พร้อมแนบอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร
ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ: อีเมล, ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน, ตำแหน่ง, รูปโปรไฟล์ และประวัติการเข้าใช้งาน
ข้อมูลที่อาจถูกเก็บรักษา: ข้อมูลบันทึกทางการเงินที่ท่านได้บันทึกไว้ในสมุดบัญชีส่วนรวมจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้เพื่อรักษาความถูกต้องและความโปร่งใสของประวัติบัญชี (Audit Trail) ตามวัตถุประสงค์หลักของแอป
Privacy Policy
BoonLog ensures financial transparency while maintaining the highest standards of personal privacy and data protection.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email, display name, and role via Google Login or Registration.
- Financial Records: Transaction logs, dates, and evidence images.
- Technical Data: Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics for performance improvement.
- Biometrics: Fingerprint data is processed locally on your device only.
2. Account Deletion & Data Removal
BoonLog users can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data through the following methods:
- Method 1 (In-App): Login to the app > Go to "Settings" (Profile) > Tap "Delete Account & Privacy Data". This will immediately remove your profile and email from our servers.
- Method 2 (Email Request): If you have uninstalled the app, you may request data deletion by emailing doxgie.dev@gmail.com. Please provide the email address used for the account.
Data that will be deleted: Email, Display Name, Position, Profile Image, and Session history.
Data that may be retained: Transactional financial records previously recorded in shared account books will be preserved to maintain accounting integrity and transparency (Audit Trail).
